Metaware is convinced that Isoware is a good choice if you are looking for productivity tools which really support your quality management. Just like the competition says the same about their products. Then it’s good to know that Isoware was rated the best in an independent comparative survey.

In January 2009, WWRG & Partners presented the end report of a survey into the use of an electronic handbook (EHB) in the field of Welfare and Social Services. The survey concentrated on questions about whether it is useful for the sector to have an EHB and which requirements this would have to meet. Experiences with eight packages were compared.

What the users say

In this survey it were not the claims from suppliers that were taken into account but the experiences from end-users. WWRG & Partners had the users of packages from eight suppliers fill out questionnaires, which was followed up by an interview. The packages were rated according to seven criteria:

  1. KMS function (e.g. policy, planning, procedures, operational documents)
  2. Communication functions
  3. Search functions
  4. Management functions
  5. Technical ease of use
  6. Level of service
  7. Practical experience
In the total score Isoware stands out, and with regard to an important criteria, support for the different KMS functions, Isoware is one of the few to support all functions.
