Workshops

Metaware provides for workshops to acquire (more) knowledge about the ´ware´- applications delivered. Metaware has certified and experienced teachers among its staff, who are familiar with all ins and outs of the applications, and who have furthermore expertise in Lotus Notes. All of our workshops last one day and are specifically aimed at the features of ware applications.

The workshops are categorized into four levels of complexity. For each 'ware' application there are two or three workshops available.

1. Update
The update workshops will offer experienced users the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest features of the application. Attention will furthermore be paid to matters that have arisen during the use of a previous version.

2. Use
Workshops for use will be aimed at the full exploitation of the features the application has to offer, that is, participating in workflow, searching and organizing information, completing actions within the application, such as can be found in every day practice.

3. Administration
The ´ware´-applications can only be fully functional when databases have been installed according to the company’s demands and wishes. The ´ware´- applications are flexible and can be fully adjusted to the company’s look and feel, in order for the company and its
employees to benefit fully from its advantages and possibilities.

4. Advanced Use
This workshop covers Use and Administration of the application simultaneously. It is merely offered for applications that are relatively easy to use.

Tailor-made solutions are available on request, aimed at use and / or administration of one of the applications within a specific company situation. Should this be desired, the workshop can be further extended to other ´ware´-applications that are in use.
