Why a quality calendar

A good quality policy means having an overview of quality at all levels in the organisation, all processes are well documented and all quality-related activities are included in the annual planning. The quality calendar provides a structured approach with a practical interpretation of the PDCA.

By using the quality calendar in Proware an activity can easily be planned and monitored. Documents, workflow forms, or registrations can be linked to specific actions. Timely alerts are of course possible.
The quality calendar is an integral part of the Metaware concept.
