Proware module FlowCreator

To further expand the range of applications, the digital management system Proware has a number of expansion modules: Proware+. These are the components within the total concept.
The modules can be activated separately, such as this module FlowCreator.

Rather visual, than textual
Many users prefer to see their processes in diagrams rather than in long texts. Many managers want schematics that are easy to maintain and use the available information. This Proware+ module provides this: innovative and simple.
 

Cohesion: horizontal - vertical
Many traditional schemes stand on their own. By using the structure of the management system and linking the schemas, a logical coherence is created:

  • vertical: organisation overview / process landscape -> process -> procedure -> instruction -> appendix
  • horizontal: process -> related processes, procedure -> related procedures

A link or other action can be linked to each building element in the schematics. Direct reference to online workflow forms is also possible, for example. 
 

Clear yet detailed
To keep an extensive schedule clear, it can be built up in layers. Need more details, activate an extra layer. This makes it possible to zoom in on details without losing the overview.
 

Templates
Many organizations have fixed layout structures. Whether it's 'swimming lanes' or combinations of flow charts – explanations. These can be recorded once, which further reduces the maintenance burden.
 

Kb
The FlowCreator is an interesting addition to the further development of a management system into a knowledge base. Schemas can be included as decision trees to get to the desired information faster. Based on the position in the flow chart, documents can be shown as search results.
