TRA form
TRA form - what is it
A TRA Form is an instrument that is used within a task-risk analysis to systematically identify possible hazards in a specific task. The TRA form describes the activities in detail, including the associated risks and control measures. The purpose of a TRA form is to consider what can go wrong prior to the performance of potentially risky tasks. By filling in this form, employees are encouraged to work consciously and thoughtfully. A TRA form therefore not only promotes safety, but also communication within teams about work risks. The analysis carried out with a TRA form is often mandatory for non-routine, complex or dangerous work. By using a standardized TRA form, laws and regulations in the field of occupational safety are complied with. It is therefore an indispensable part of safety management in sectors such as construction, petrochemicals and technology.
What topics does a TRA form contain?
