A checklist for threats (risks) according to the RISMAN method
RISMAN is the most widely used risk management method in the construction and infrastructure sector. With the RISMAN method, you identify (project) risks from 7 different angles:
- political/administrative
- financial/economic
- legal/legal
- Technical
- Organizational
- Geographical/spatial
- socially.
You then determine control measures for each risk: avoid, reduce (mitigate), transfer or reduce. During the project, you always check whether you are sufficiently managing the risks. In doing so, you follow a cyclical process.
